EZSTAMP exports country one at a time. EZSTAMP-ACCESS creates a single tab delimited file from EXP country files exported from EZSTAMP, sorted by country and Scott number, for importing to ACCESS. An empty ACCESS 2007 DB (EZDB) is provided which contains a saved import to easily create the ACCESS DB. You can import to earlier versions of ACCESS but you'd have to select and edit the field definitions when importing.
