Robinson's A and
Intraclass Correlation Coefficient

The statistics you seem to need are Robinson's A or the intraclass correlation coefficient. The appropriate statistical test is the F test. Note that the intraclass correlation coefficient is a biased estimator. 

MicrOsiris does not calculate either of these statistics.
